Discovery Issues: Missing CI name

Hi ServiceNow Experts,

I’m encountering some challenges with Discovery. It’s detecting both active and inactive IP addresses, but the CI fields are coming up empty. Additionally, it’s not discovering all the CIs, and for the CIs it does find, there are no relationships or dependency views being generated.

Some IP addresses are active, yet Discovery still isn’t identifying their corresponding CIs. Given that all my devices have unique names, I expected at least the names to be discovered, but that’s not happening either.

Does anyone know why this might be occurring? How can I ensure that Discovery populates the CI fields correctly and automatically identifies relationships between CIs?
