Does Managed By Group Auto Populate?

Hi ServiceNow community,

I'm wondering if anyone can help. I would like to set the default Managed By Group via CI Class Manager to populate current CIs in the Storage Class as well as auto-populate when new CIs are created.

I was able to set the default Managed By Group but when I created a new CI the Managed By Group field did not auto-populate as described in the webinar link below.

I needed to run scheduled job: 

CSDM Data Sync | Scheduled Script Execution | ServiceNow (service-now.com)

Then all CIs created were auto-populated with the default group that was set in CI Class Manager
