Hi All,
I have one Aync Business Rule where I am calling workflow to create Incident when MID server goes down.
Incident is being created but the issue is when MID server goes down then Incident is created if MID server automatically comes up and again goes down then another new incident is created Although incident is already in incident table for same MID server.
I want to avoid incident creation when incident is already there for same MID server in incident table.
I think we can compare with Short description with the incident available in incident table .As Short description would for each MID server as ''MID server name' MID server down'.Please help.
