Dynamic CI Grouping in change management - Adding blackout schedules

We have something called as Blackout schedules, where CI's can be added to change freeze window and change ticket is restricted when it is raised against those CI within these windows. Now with Dynamic grouped CI being added to blackout schedules, when a change is raised against a CI which is part of Dynamic CI group, it will not show any blackout window.

Ideally would expected CI to show up in blackout calendar as it is part of Dynamic CI group.

Question here is Dynamic CI grouping is working as expected here or is this a bug, need improvement from ServiceNow etc please suggest.
