ECC Sender Files

hi, the ECC Sender Files have grown quite a lot in the MID server (18Gb in one folder alone), I have a couple of questions about them:

a) Is there any issues in deleting a portion of them?

b) in the case the answer to question a) is "yes", I am assuming that I can delete some of the older ones; however I noticed that the modify and creation dates for all of them show today's date. Is this because it is just saving today's files or is it because it just changing the dates for all of them ? (which would be kind of odd)

Regards, Carlos

Hi @cvelasquez ,

There is no issue to deleting the files from Mid Server but make sure the below.

Stop the Service which are associated with the MID server then you can easily delete the file from MID Server by Navigating to folder where you installed the MID Server.

Also make sure you stop WMI collector service if it is associated with that MID Server.

I have attached snapshot for better understanding for the above criteria.
