Export CIs Included In CMDB Workspace Data Manager Policy Certification Task

We have recently transitioned from the old way of doing CMDB Data Certifications to doing them in CMDB Workspace via data manager policies. Is there a way for users to export the list of CIs to be certified into an excel along with the fields to be certified? It used to be easy to do this in the old version but I can't figure out a simple method.

Greetings @adamtoth. Excellent questions! I have also been exploring the newer version of ServiceNow certification through CMDB Workspace data management policies. I have also faced the challenge on how best to report on what is being certified and what records are apart of the certification. I'll include some information below and, as always, interested in what others have to share and if they have better solutions. 

Data Certification Dashboard (ServiceNow documentation) - This link contains information about the Data Certification Dashboard which is accessible through CMDB Workspace. If you do NOT see the link within CMDB Workspace, please check the version of your plugin. 

Components related to CMDB Data Manager - This link contains the names of the various tables included with CMDB Data Manager which may prove helpful when you need to report on information. 

CMDB Data Management Certification Task to Documents [sn_cmdb_ws_dm_certification_task_to_document] - This table lists both the target record being certified "Document ID (ci)" and the list of fields being certified "Attribute Status (attribute_status)". Keep in mind the Attribute Status field is a JSON payload. 

To get the list of fields, you could also access the CMDB Data Management Certification Policies table [sn_cmdb_ws_dm_certification_policy] which has the "Certification fields (certification_fields)" field as a String.

Hi @adamtoth, currently there's no export capability in the list views for certification records in CMDB Workspace.  We can investigate adding the standard list export control for a future release.
