Hello all!
im working on fixing our orphans, i have gotten it down from about 25k to 7k using the orphan rules in the class manager. But now i have hit a block, things like cmdb_ci_disk -- our org has roughly 6k that have the name "/dev/sda" and 14 of them have orphan tasks on them. What is the best practice to actually filter out the orphans, and how is SN deciding these are actual orphans?
The same issue is happening with cmdb_ci_ip_switch --
any ideas or assistance?
