Is the Flexera Integration App available for Non Production instances? I see the Flexera One app, but I don't believe that is the same as the Integration app.
'Flexera integration' is the name of the app for the integration. It should be available for non production instances. But as it is not seen among the plugin list within instance, you might have to request ServiceNow to get the store app activated. Following is the URL for the store app:
