Whenever incident is created and i want to send notification to Microsoft Teams Channel then how do i perform the integration or how do i send notification through outbound REST integration

The Microsoft Teams spoke provides actions which post messages and ServiceNow incident, problem, and change record details to Microsoft Teams channels.
