We are experiencing an extended processing time when trying to get Flexera to update the ServiceNow Import sets tables. Please take a look at the screenshots and let me know. The Application Data type tasks were kicked off on 9/22 for 690 transactions, but only 46 have succeeded. With this pace, we estimate about a month before all the transactions/jobs can be completed. I would appreciate any help here.
Thanks,
Samuel

Hi, unfortunately a couple of partial screenshots does not provide any real diagnostics information.
The importset in your image seems to have ignored all rows in your import and then been reprocessed? with all rows being skipped?
If you are experiencing long processing times and unexpected behavior you would probably want to start by reviewing your transform map and any configured transform scripts in order to identify 1/ why processing is taking so long and 2 why records are not processing as you expected.
Have you checked the transaction times from 'Flexera', perhaps this platform is not providing data\responding to payload requests in a timely manner - with no clear details of your end to end process the community can only guess as to what your issue could be.

Thanks for looking into this, @Tony Chatfield1 . I've opened a case with Flexera on your inquiry regarding whether the platform is not providing data/responding to payload requests. My question is; is there anybody who has integrated ServiceNow with Flexera in order to feed ServiceNow with "Software Contracts" and "Installed Applications?" If so can you please show me how this is done successfully?
