While performing cohesity discovery getting error . Error: Cluster API failed: {"errorCode":"KValidationError","message":"[7]:Please specify the mandatory parameters."}

Can sombody help. Thanks in advance

I think, that can be a Credentials or access issue, Can you please check with Administrator.

This issues is due to bad credentials. Normally as per ServiceNow document you might added the Cohesity credentials with domain and user id.  But you need to change in the Alias credentails as below. 

Before:

User ID: domain\user123

Pwd: password

After:

User ID:LOCAL@user123

Pwd: password 

Note: Make sure the user which is already present in Cohesity side as domanin\user123 is changed to LOCAL@user123
