I need your help to determine if the DDOS, IPSEC, Firewall, Appliance, and Service Now discovery devices can reach them, and if so, which ports must be enabled for discovery.

I think they all are SNMP devices. In that case you need to open Port 161. You can refer this blog for SNMP discovery:
