By default, Contextual Search only uses the short_description field, which is why you’re seeing that behavior.
If you want to include other fields (like description, number, priority, etc.), you need to update the Search Result Display Configurations for the table.
Go to Application Navigator → search for Contextual Search > Search Result Display Configurations.
From there you can set:
Card title field → the main field shown (often short_description).
Card description field → secondary text (can be set to description).
Card additional fields → extra fields to display (e.g., number, business_service, priority).
