HI Community
I have a requirement that if i select a configuration item in change then particular cis have to be added in to affected cis section of change ticket . how can i do it with out hard coding .

there is a option called "dynamic ci grouping" you can follow below process so that if the user selects the configuration item so all the cis part of that group would automatically added to affected ci section. pfa

It's configured in OOB, you just go to the related list configuration, you can pull Affected CI's.

We have OOB related List for Affected Ci's
If you want's to show the affected ci on the list view as well at the you want's to do customaization
1.Create a new List type field.
2.When affected ci's added from the related list it should be added to custom list field .
3. You can achieve with scripting or Flow designer.
