Hi Team,
Requirement is to automate the discovery of the interfaces between business applications. Means when there is an integration between any applications (Salesforce-->SAP) then automatically relationship should be created in ServiceNow CMDB.
Is it possible to do this requirement with Service Mapping capability?

In my understand, discovery can't be for SaaS platform. you only can create relationship manually.

As I know , you only can manually create relationship between SAP and Salesforce.
