Open form Right click on  field label

Click on configure dictionary

To check a dictionary entry, navigate to the sys_dictionary table. Filter for the desired column and then examine the type value of the dictionary entry.

This is an easy question and you can easily find it by going to the dictionary of that field on form or from Configure dictionary on form.
