There should be a field called "Discovery source" it tells you whether the record is a Manual entry or Tool entry

I don't think we can check the discovery source at the field level, Ideally, we consider the Discover source at the record level.

hi @veera donikela , the data source history table (cmdb_datasource_last_update) might be able to give you the info.
