Hi @Joshua Comeau ,

 

1. Click the "i" and select "open record".

2. Chose "form design"

3. add the field(s) that you would like to add to the form and press "save". In below I have added "business unit":

If you then go back and look from the original form where you started, you can see that the field has been added:
