How to create Dashboard/Report which shows Service Now application user usage?

Basically, I am looking for a report which captures and reports users' interaction with specific Service Now application.

So, I am looking for guidance or direction on how to create such a report. I am not sure if there is any OOTB users' usage reports available for Service Now applications.

To create a dashboard or report in ServiceNow that shows application user usage, you can use the "Application User Usage" widget or report. This widget or report provides information about the number of users who have accessed a specific application, as well as the total number of sessions and average session duration for each user.

To create a dashboard with the "Application User Usage" widget, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Dashboards module in ServiceNow.

2. Click on the "Create New" button to create a new dashboard.

3. Give the dashboard a name and description, and then click on the "Create" button.

4. In the dashboard editor, click on the "Add Widget" button.

5. In the "Add Widget" window, search for the "Application User Usage" widget, and then select it.

6. In the widget configuration window, select the application that you want to show user usage for. You can also specify other options, such as the time range and the number of users to display.

7. Click on the "Add" button to add the widget to the dashboard.

To create a report with the "Application User Usage" data, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Reports module in ServiceNow.

2. Click on the "Create New" button to create a new report.

3. In the "Report Type" field, select the "Table" option.

4. In the "Data Source" field, select the "Application User Usage" data source.

5. In the "Group By" field, select the application that you want to show user usage for.

6. Click on the "Run" button to generate the report.

Thank for the step-by-step instruction really appreciate it!

On the dashboard report step 5. In the "Add Widget" window, search for the "Application User Usage" widget, and then select it. I can't seem to find "Application User Usage" under the available widget. I am on Sandiego version.

I do see "ServiceNow Store Usage Overview"

Application Usage Overview reports (servicenow.com)
