How to discover Active IQ virtual appliances in ServiceNow

Hello,

Can anyone please advise on how to discover Active IQ virtual appliances in ServiceNow? The appliances is contained within a VCenter but it is not getting discovered through VMWare Discovery. The appliance also supports SNMP but discovery does not return results.
