how to edit / add more objects in Configuration item in incident table
See below, here we want to add under telephony "Handset - Teams", "Handset - Analogue", "Handset - Wireless"
Plus the current once we want to keep PABX & Teams

Hi @MehdiZ
I believe you want to add new choices under "Subcategory". If yes, then go to "Dictionary Entries" -> Open "Subcategory" record.
Create new values under the "Choices" related list.
Make sure to provide the backend value of the category choice "Telephony" in the dependent value field.

To Add subcategories for the category- 'Telephony" in incident table.
1. go to sys_choice table or right click o subcategory in incident form field ,then select show choice.
2. click on new button right corner.
3 Create new choices,
do the same for the other choices, the it will show under the telephony subcategory.
If my solution is resolve the issue, please give helpful.

you can configure subcategory and add dependent value i.e. category
