As already mentioned before by me, Sandeep and the ServiceNow documentation you were given a link to, they are removed (see below screenshot).  And as the documentation clearly states: 'the concept is removed'. So it's not there anymore. It's not moved, it's not replaced, it's removed.

You can view those weights in cmdb_health_metric_pref table directly.
