Hi Community,
Since the script (SNC.MetricProcessorScript.XYZ() ) that runs for computing the health score is not viewable, can somebody tell me the involvement of manually created CIs in computing CMDB health score? Will those be considered along with other discovered CIs via other means( Discovery, Integration etc)? We had a data load activity and there were CIs created manually and we see a lot of failures in various metrics. Do we need to give extra attention in reviewing the metrics (mandatory, recommended etc) on manually created CIs to rectify the error in the score?
Reviewing class by class seems to be a cumbersome activity. Has anyone suggest an easiest way to identify the classes that contribute the most in failures ( Enabled CMDB logs, but didn't help)?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Use CMDB View(pre Xanadu) or Class View in left nav, there is a Dashboard which will give break down by class https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/xanadu-servicenow-platform/page/product/configuration-managem...
