@suuriyas  There is an option on the top right of the Dashboard with 'Edit' button. that will help you to add your custom KPI Indicator. Were you able to load the records after enabling the button in your custom KPI indicator?

I ran into the same issue and was able to activate the Show Records toggle after setting the relevant PA Indicators to 'Collect Records = true'

Indicators relevant to the CMDB and CSDM dashboards can be found here
/pa_indicators_list.do?sysparm_query=sys_scope%3D5c0b68e35300101032b7ddeeff7b1231

Once you've toggled Show Records to true on the Dashboard metric and the Get Well and PA jobs have a chance to run, you should then see the records

Change the scope to the CMDB and CSDM Data Foundations Dashboards application.

Then navigate to Platform Analytics > Indicators > Automated Indicators and search for your desired indicator. Open the indicator record and go to the "Source" tab (found at the bottom of the form among tabs like Additional conditions, Access control, etc.). Check the box for "Collect records".

Then navigate to Platform Analytics Data Administration > Data Collector > Jobs and find the job "CMDB Data Foundations PA Metric Collection". Click "Execute Now" if you want to see the record data populate immediately (otherwise it will run on its scheduled time, typically daily at 1:00 AM).
