Hi guys!
I need help in fixing the list in our Affected CI's tab. Currently, it shows items that shouldn't be part of the list. Where can I configure this?

If you are looking to include only certain CI classes the prescribed way to do this is to define those classes as "Principal Classes" in the CI Class Manager. If you have defined one or more CI classes as Principal Classes, only those classes of CIs will be selectable in Incidents and Changes, both in the Configuration Item field and in the Affected CIs list.
