Your question is too broad to answer in this context. You can find all the information you need in the relevant sources. Have you made the effort to look for them?

Service Graph Connector (if available) is the recommended method to integrate with 3rd party tools to populate the CMDB. Among the 3rd party tools which you have mentioned, the following have service graph connectors available:
Meraki: https://store.servicenow.com/store/app/e3f9eba21b246a50a85b16db234bcb18
Titan Otorio: https://store.servicenow.com/store/app/2dc2f7221be46a50a85b16db234bcbad
In the case of Cloud, there are Service Graph Connectors for major cloud providers like Azure, AWS and GCP. The following docs page will give an overview about Service Graph Connectors:
For Triton, the following documentation gives steps to integrate.
https://www.workload.co/api/servicenow/integrations/tritondigital/
But I'd recommend to check with ServiceNow if they are planning to introduce a Service Graph Connector soon. Checking this is recommended before integrating with any 3rd party tool which is currently not having a Service Graph Connector available.
