How to limit 'Configuring the form layout' to a set of users ?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a way to limit the ability to configure the form layout in ServiceNow to a specific set of users (may be a group). Currently, it seems like this permission is more broadly available for personalize_form role.

Does anyone have experience with restricting this functionality? What steps or configurations are necessary to ensure only designated users can modify the form layout?

This only allows user to preconize the form for themselves and not others.

But this is not what I'm looking for.
Actually, is there any way to limit users from configuring the 'Form Layout', at least to block users from modifying the 'default' view.
Currently 'admin' or role 'personalize_form' can go to Configure>Form Layout, would like to add an extra step to limit this to specific user group/role.

So does that mean these user/group have personalize_form? I have never given that role to anybody and have always done that as an admin function.

Yes Brian, the dev group has 'personalize_form' role, but would like to limit the functionality to a subgroup.
