How to read the Suggested relationships in ServiceNow? From top to bottom, or from bottom to top?
Consider this OOB suggested relationship. It is clear that Unix server 'RUNS' the Database (so I assume we always needs from top to bottom)
Now consider reading this with same logic (reading from top to bottom)
it would be like this. Business capability 'PROVIDED BY' Business Application. But this is WRONG.
Its wrong because, Business capability 'PROVIDES' Business Application (as per CSDM, see below)
So question is, how exactly to read the data in 'Suggested relationships' table?

Go to CI class manager, open the required CI class and click on the 'Suggested relationships' tab. This will give a better visualization of the suggested relationships as indicated in the attached screenshot.
