How to recreate CI's Extended Table

When I deleted a previously created CI extended table and tried to recreate it with the same name, I got a message "The table name is already in use" and could not create the table.

Checking Tables [sys_db_object] shows that the table was not hit and was successfully deleted.

What could be the cause?

P.S. The reason for deleting the table was that the application scope was incorrect.
