Hi SNOW Team,

 

I am working on CMDB Health Simulator and facing issue on Task 06: Configure Desired State Audit Rule.

Now, I am getting an error "Have you created a certification template for the Windows Servers with the specified OS?" but I have completed task as suggested as on simulator task.

I gone through the community post "https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=6a65f018db656890f21f5583ca96194a&anchor=answer_4285380d1bf68d5086b3ece6b04bcb54&view_source=searchResult" but facing the same issue.

Please suggest me on this issue to complete my training task.

I did the same but there was still issue as there was bug in learning hence contacted to support team and they have resolved the issue from backend, I got both Micro-Certificates.
