I tried to do group-by for configuration item a group was shown with sys_id ,when i opened the group

I tried to do group-by for configuration item a group was shown with sys_id ,when i opened the group of configuration items ending with sysid its showing empty in the configuration item field?

. Go to your Groups table

2. Right-click on any of the columns

3. Select Configure -> Dictionary

4. In the filter add, Display = true

1.I opened the incidents in the list view 

2.then I did the group by of configuration item

3.then I saw a configuration item, configuration item: 

08a47de8839740f9140755affb 

it was with this sys id 

4.when I opened it ,it has empty in the configuration item field

why the configuration item is empty when I open the sys id it should have some value ?

Wired part 😞 can u try same steps for CI as well.
