Flow designer error No record found

Hi Team,

I am trying to reclassify the records from Business Service class to Service offering class by using flow designer got the below error.

Please let me suggest how to rectify the above issue.

yes..cmdb_ci_service condition where subcategory as business service need to reclassify those records into the service_offering class.

1. How frequent you do this activity.

2. Try to do it manually and then same manner implement in Flow 

3 or use the Background script if this activity is need to do once or twice max in a year.
