I tried to do group-by for configuration item a group was shown with sys_id ,when i opened the group of configuration items ending with sysid its showing empty in the configuration item field?

Hi @kiran kumar m1, Those configurations items might been removed from the instance. What do you see when in form view? Also, try to look at the activity section if you can find the name of that CI.
