Hi guys.
I found that putting [code]~[code] in additional comments results in hypertext.
I also found that you can't make it hypertext without [code]~[code].
When I write a URL in the additional comment field without code, is there a way to automatically recognize the URL and make it clickable?
Thank you.

The only option I can think of is a Before BR tht looks for URLs in the Additional Comments field and wraps it in a [code] section to embed the html to make it a link.
A better solution (for Chrome at least) would be to teach your users to highlight the url, right click it, and then select 'Open URL'. This not only keeps you from customizing ServiceNow but it can be used for other cases as well.
