Hi @Vijay Rai ,
Why create a custom report? You can get the same from OOTB Completeness tile right? Any specific requirement?
Thanks,

Hello @Vijay Rai , You no need to create it, as its already available OOB under health dashboard. Open the CMDB Workspace and click on CMDB Health Dashboard or directly use https://<Your_SN_Instance>.service-now.com/now/cmdb/health-dashboard/ . You'll find Completeness, Correctness and Compliance metrics.
If these Metrics are not showing any data, then you'll have to run their corresponding jobs (you can mark them Active as well).
To run the jobs, go to CMDB Health settings on the health dashboard (https://<SN Instance>.service-now.com/now/cmdb/health-dashboard/) and open the 'Scheduled Jobs' tab.
Now, open the desired job for e.g. 'CMDB Health Dashboard - Completeness Score Calculation' and click on 'Execute Now' and mark it as Active.
Refresh the Health Dashboard and you should see the data available in the respective metrics.

Nishant
