Identification and Reconciliation rule

Hi,

 

What are the steps for creating Identification and Reconciliation rules in the CMDB to solve duplication problems, avoid duplication, and maintain a correct CMDB?

Please provide the steps for the IRE (Identification and Reconciliation Engine) rule and the Inclusion rule.
