Identification Engine Payload Sanitization : cmdb_ci_win_cluster/node error

Hi all, hoping someone can shed some light on this issue.

I am seeing a discovery pattern error 'Identification Engine Payload Sanitization' on one of our Azure SQL Servers in the Horizontal discovery log under payload processing.

I have checked the identifiers for cluster and node, they are present and OOTB.  I can also see they are inherited for Windows cluster and Windows cluster node, so no additional entries should be required. I have also checked the cmdb_rel_type table for duplicates as the error suggests but nothing found.

 

Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance.

Hi Richard,

 

Can you try to simulate the payload from the ECC queue payload output and see if you are seeing any other issue there. https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-servicenow-platform/page/product/configuration-manageme...

 

Not sure if Rekeying/Restarting the MidServer works, but you can give a try that as well.
