IH-ETL FAQ - Import set input box disabled and unable to pull a new import set

1. For a new IH-ETL map, go to first step basic details

2. Import set selection input is disabled and grayed out

3. Select "Auto pull a new import set" option and click save to pull new import set

4. Check that new import set is not pulled, and import set selection input box is still disabled

5. Unable to goto next step

The root cause is that there is existing bad import set records associated to current map. Below are the steps to fix this issue:

 

1. Goto sn_int_studio_template_state table

2. Find corresponding row for problem IH-ETL map

3. Delete the value in "Import Set" column

4. Go back to IH-ETL UI, open the map's first step again, and auto pull a new import set
