We are trying to integrate Manage Engine OPManager with ServiceNow & we followed below process.

But we are observing below issues:-
1.For Windows & Linux CIs which sync from ManageEngine OpManager asset to Servicenow are created with class as 'vMware Virtual Instance'
2.ESXi servers getting created with some junk no after CI.
Anyone facing such issues while integrating with manage engine.
