IntegrationHub ETL and ITOM Visibility License

Hello,

Can anyone please confirm if using IntegrationHub ETL  or Robust Transform Engine (RTE) to import data in to CMDB will consume ITOM Visibility Licenses?

Our client wants to import data from multiple sources using IntegrationHub ETL or RTE.

No. IH-ETL is not part of the IntegrationHub subscriptions. It is a separate free application that you can use to import data into CMDB irrespective of whether you have ITOM Visibility or not
