IntegrationHUB ETL is creating duplicates

Hi Listers,

I am trying to use IntegrationHUB ETL - Import application to load some data into the CMDB from an Excel file. I see that when I run the Import multiple times I get duplicates in the CMDB - seems the application is not using IRE as documented. I enabled IRE logging but did not get any entry.

Can someone enlighten me unto what I am doing wrong or how to debug?

I think you are not using the correct integration hub ETL.

You need to use the one under configuration.

I have created the ETL from IntegrationHUB - Import wizard, nothing fanciful just 3 records with two fields (name, serial_number) to be loaded to cmdb_ci_computer class. The records are getting loaded to the class only the IRE is not used.

As a result I get the same entries repeatedly loaded to the Computer class instead of updating.

I turned on IRE logging but did not get any log - which is probably indicating that IRE is not being used.   

What is the identification rule currently configured for Computer class? Is it the OOB one or was it changed?
