InTune Assigned to

Our InTune integration with ServiceNow was working perfectly. However, the latest InTune Spoke has caused an major issue with our use of this partnership. Previously we were able to pull the user from our InTune environment and populate the assigned to on our computer CI's. Now that specific information is not available. We do NOT see data in that field within the mapping options in IntegrationHub ETL. ALL the other fields have data populated that we can map. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

@Harsha Pappala , we are using version 2.2.1 and no longer see the issue. Using IntegrationHUB ETl and the internal mapping within for Computer 1 to CMDB_CI_COMPUTER we see the user data available to map now.

same issue here. currently looking at were the service graph connector is pointing the setup just has connection url of https://graph.microsoft.com/

but there are 2 different places it could go to from there. either

https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/me/managedDevices

or

https://graph.microsoft.com/beta/deviceManagement/managedDevices

after working with one of ServiceNow's tech we found that the older Intune service graph connector, version 2.1.2 pulls the correct data to populate the assigned to field the newer 2.2.1 version does not gather this information.

Hi,

Intune 2.1.2, we are getting data from "Intune - Enrolled by user" to Assigned to in CI.

How is it different in the 2.2.1 version of Intune, checking to see if there is any harm in upgrading to that plugin

@Mark Tuffey , Could you please where you are seeing this mapping ? In RTE ?

In the transform definition ?, when you say latest intune Spoke, is it 2.2.1 ?
