Could someone suggest how to create a SN report to list Cis with no relationships?

For instance, Server CIs Type which have no relationships.

This is actually an OOTB audit on the CMDB Health Dashboard for Orphans.

You can configure an Orphan Rule to look for CIs that have no relationships. When it runs the compliance, it will give you a list of CIs that have no relationships.
