Intune Integration is not updating the existing Stockroom device state from In stock to Installed

We have enabled the Service Graph connector for Intune, its creating a CI with installed state when its identified in the Intune table. However, its not updating the existing Ci from In Stock to Installed. Hence i have created a "After Business Rule for Intune with the below mentioned condition on Computer table. But its not working as expected. 

 

Please provide your support to rectify the issue. I required when most recent discovery is updated by discovery Source - SG Intune, Install State and hardware State should update the value as "Installed".
