Query about making relationship between Application service and Service accounts(SVC)

Hello All,

I want to build a relationship between SVC accounts and application services. 

As part of requirements need to evaluate CSDM framework where can fit in SVC account and owner. eg Can we based on Managers information show link to SVC account they are responsible for within the CI.

How do I link the SVC accounts in the application services?
