Dear all,
right now we use a tool outside ServiceNow to manage our IP subnets.
So, if a new subnet is needed for a site in a specific country with a specific size, then the tool proposes which new subnet to be used with a specific start address etc.
But this tool causes many problems and we want to have the functionality in ServiceNow. I watched some Youtube videos that describe "Telecommunication network inventory", which includes a bunch of topics like rack management, visualization etc.
I heard more "between the lines" that this kind of subnet management is part of TNI.
But I am wondering if there is a kind of documentation, white paper etc. about this.
I searched the internet, but I could not find a brief documentation about this.
So, question is: Does anyone have an idea or documentation how to start to setup an IP net management within ServiceNow?
