Hi @Joshua Comeau ,

 

Go to :

 Risk Workspace > Risk assessments > Risk Register

 

Here you can find and add your risk reg.. I hope this helps...

Unable to search do you know if this is free and can be added in the application manager do you know which app/plugin to install?

Plugin needs to be installed  > com.snc.change.risk_assessment , GRC
