Some time, even with admin rights module not appear in navigation. Please provide the GRC (rsik) role to your self , logout n login again.

@Sohail Khilji  so this would be for change requests. Ideally looking to create an actual risk registry as well as looking to know what would be the correct plugin to install the workspace for the risk management.
