Hi All,
There is a reference Model ID field in CI form. I have duplicate models in Model table .So CIs are mapped with incorrect model.
Want to map CIs with correct model.
Exported the data like Incorrect model IDs Sys ID and respective correct model Sys ID.
Can we run a fix script like if model ids sys ID is one of incorrect models then it should update to correct model with sys IDs.
If it is possible with fix script ,Please help with fix script.
