I have this situation where im trying to start planning my approach.
I have an application service - which is supported by its IT infrastructure which includes multi-tenant host servers.
I have many customers that use this one application service - these can range from 2-5
How can i relate these customers to their corresponding App Service CIs - where if a change is made to the service and it affects all customers these will be known.
But if the change being made is just affecting the one customers instance - there is no need to notify the other clients of said change or issue.
